Answer: We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button.
Q#2: When will my order ship?
Answer: After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order.
Q#3: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
Answer: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Q#4: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?
Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

Answer : No. We ship only in US,UK,Australia & Canada

Yes, in accordance with the new and updated data protection act we promise to keep your information private and secure.
Q#7: What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?
If your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.

Why we chose to do what we do?
With the rising cost of groceries, more and more people are looking for ways to save money on their weekly shopping trips. That is why we at My Flora Space have designed an affordable, innovative solution that allows anyone to have their own personal vegetable garden right inside your home! Our Smart Planters make it possible for you to reap the benefits of growing your own food without taking up too much space or breaking the bank.
Our planters come in a wide variety of sizes and shapes so that you can choose the one that best fits your needs. We also provide detailed instructions on how to use them and what kind of vegetables and fruits work best with each design.
Not only are our Smart Planters good for saving money, they’re also great for saving time! With our planters, you don’t need to worry about having to go outside and weed or water you garden; all of these tasks will be taken care of automatically. And since our planters are designed specifically with the user in mind, they’re easy to install and maintain.

Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping within the US & Canada typically takes 5 - 8 Business days without any supply chain delays and 10 - 15 Days Internationally.
You can return your damaged smart planter within 30 days of receipt.
